Big Bay will be a one-of-a kind lake community. The initial phases consist of over 200 water-front homesites that will enjoy dramatic vistas of the 945-acre lake.

All the 233 off-water homesites have also been carefully positioned to optimize views from the hilly bluffs of the 3-mile long lake.
